        <p>Viscoelastic body's free angular movement is considered in this article basic on the simple model. The shape of the body is slightly different from orb. The possibility of body's free precession is shown in case of equal influence the body's elastic and viscous properties. The results can be used as most probable reason of the movement of pole with Chandler's period.</p>
