Interaction of optical waves with a screening thin-film aluminum coating having nickel nanoparticles

Simulation of interaction of the optical waves (200...1000 nm) with nanostructure aluminum-nickel thin-film shields in the program CST Studio Suit is presented. Relationships between optical properties, substrate temperature and film composition are found.
