        <p>A nonclassical gradient model of a continuous medium is proposed to describe the dispersion of Young's modulus of a rock sample observed under dynamic loading of the sample. The phenomenological parameters of the model are determined on the basis of an analysis of the results of experimental studies of the behavior of Young's modulus depending on the frequency and amplitude of the external loading.</p>
