Assissment of operability of the heat resisting HP40Nb at overheats to 1150 °C

Abstract:
Experimentally was determined long-term strength of cast heat-resistant alloy HP40Nb at the temperature of 1150 °C. It was shown that on this feature this alloy is not inferior to alloys with more nickel and tungsten, which allows rising its operational temperature range up to 1100-1150 °C. The equation, which allows calculating the value of long-term strength of the alloy HP40Nb at different values of the external stress, was found.
