Propagation of Stoneley waves at the boundary surface of thermoelastic diffusion solid and microstretch thermoelastic diffusion solid

This present investigation is focus on the propagation of Stoneley waves at the interface of thermoelastic diffusion solid half space and microstretch thermoelastic diffusion solid half space. The secular equation of Stoneley waves is derived in the compact form by using the appropriate boundary conditions. Phase velocity and attenuation coefficients are obtained numerically. Also the components of normal displacement, normal stress and temperature distribution are obtained. The effect of diffusion and relaxation times on the phase velocity, attenuation coefficient, normal displacement, stress components and temperature distribution are depicted graphically for a particular model. Some particular cases of interest are also deduced.
